Common Questions

A few things people often ask before they get in touch.

What exactly does a Q&A session cover?
Sessions cover common retirement-related terms — such as the National Savings Fund, Government Pension Fund, and provident fund arrangements — and point participants to the official bodies that manage each area. No personal financial or legal advice is given at any point.
Is Restwell a financial adviser?
No. Restwell is an educational information service. We do not hold financial adviser licences and we do not make personal recommendations. If you require regulated advice, we are happy to direct you to the appropriate authorities.
How long does a Q&A session take?
Most sessions run for around 90 minutes, including time for questions. A printed summary is given to each participant before they leave. The pace is intentionally relaxed.
Who is the Paperwork Toolkit suitable for?
The toolkit suits anyone who wants a clear, structured way to organise their retirement-related documents at home. It is self-guided, so you can work through it in your own time. It does not include advice on what decisions to make — only how to keep your paperwork in order.
Can a community centre run the education programme independently?
Yes — that is exactly the intention. The programme provides everything a centre needs: session materials, a facilitator guide, and a suggested delivery schedule. Restwell offers an initial orientation call to ensure facilitators feel comfortable before the first session.
Are sessions available in Thai?
Sessions are currently delivered in English. The community centre programme materials include bilingual reference sheets to support participants who prefer to read in Thai.
How do I pay for a service?
After your enquiry we will send a payment request via bank transfer or PromptPay. Payment is due before the session date or toolkit delivery. Receipts are provided for all transactions.
