Pranee Thongsuk
Bangkok — Q&A Session attendee
I had been putting off looking into my pension situation for years because it all seemed so complicated. The session did not feel like a lecture — it was more like having a knowledgeable friend sit down with me and untangle things. I walked out with a printed summary and finally knew which government office to contact first. That alone was worth it.

Wanchai Kittisak
Huai Khwang, Bangkok — Paperwork Toolkit
The toolkit is deceptively simple — a set of printable templates, a checklist, a folder structure. But I spent an afternoon working through it and sorted out documents I had been meaning to organise for years. The reference list of what is typically needed for fund applications was particularly useful. No advice, which was clearly stated, but genuinely practical.

Siriwan Anuwat
Lat Phrao, Bangkok — Q&A Session
I came with questions about the National Savings Fund and left with a clear sense of what it covers and, more usefully, what it does not. The group was small enough that I did not feel embarrassed asking basic questions. The session leader was patient and kept redirecting us to official sources rather than giving personal views, which I respected.

Nuttapong Phrommas
Community Centre Coordinator, Bang Khen
We enrolled our centre in the Education Programme because many of our older members had questions we did not feel qualified to answer. The materials Restwell provided were clear and well-structured. The orientation call before our first session was thorough — they explained what facilitators should and should not say, and why. We have now delivered three sessions independently.

Malee Lertsiri
Ratchathewi, Bangkok — Paperwork Toolkit
My situation is not complicated — I just needed a clear system for keeping track of everything. The toolkit gave me exactly that. I went from a pile of papers in three different drawers to a single folder with clear sections. The checklist showed me I was actually missing two documents I should have, which I then tracked down before I needed them.

Chaiwat Siripong
Chatuchak, Bangkok — Q&A Session
I was initially sceptical — I thought it would be a sales pitch dressed up as information. It was not. The session covered the GPF and provident fund structures in a way I could actually follow, pointed us to specific pages on the official websites, and the facilitator was clear about not giving personal recommendations. The printed summary is sitting on my desk as a useful reference.

Ratchanee Noppakun — Individual, Q&A Session
Bangkok · June 2025
Starting Point
Ratchanee was six years from her intended retirement date and had no clear idea which funds she was contributing to through her employment, or what she would need to do when the time came.
What Happened
She attended a small-group Q&A session and, during the open discussion, received a plain-language explanation of the provident fund structure. The facilitator signposted the relevant government contact for her specific enquiry.
After the Session
She contacted the relevant department using the reference list from the printed summary, obtained the information she needed, and subsequently added the Paperwork Toolkit to keep her documents in order.
Thanida Community Centre — B2B Programme
Khlong Toei, Bangkok · March–May 2025
Starting Point
The centre ran regular activities for older residents but had no structured way to address the retirement questions that kept arising. Staff lacked the background to respond confidently or direct people to the right resources.
What Happened
The centre enrolled in the Community Centre Education Programme. After an orientation call, they received facilitator guides, participant handouts, and bilingual reference sheets. They ran a three-session arc over eight weeks.
After the Programme
Thirty-one residents attended across the three sessions. Staff reported significantly fewer unanswerable queries, and two residents identified documents they had not previously known they would need.
